Mon, Jul 13, 2026, Guest speaker will be Aubrey Rainbow speaking about the intersection between art and mental health. She is a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). She helps high-performing adults untangle stress, rediscover their voice, and build lives that feel more grounded, connected, and sustainable. She is also an artist herself and had an artwork in our OAA Show at The beachKraft Gallery in June.
